From the very first meeting we had with Cole, we knew that we wanted him to be our realtor. He's very knowledgeable, professional, and he was super quick to answer any questions we had. Cole was flexible with our limited time schedule. He was very knowledgeable and answered all of our questions. He helped us find the best house he could for our budget. He was very knowledgeable about the market, was always available or quick to return calls, had all of the necessary contacts for key contractors (electricians, plumbers, hvac, exterminators, radon mitigation) and willing to do anything to help us throughout the process. Cole Lewis was such a pleasure to work with. From the beginning of our process till our closing it was flawless, easy and enjoyable. I could not recommend Cole enough! As a first time home buyer, I had so many questions, and Cole was so responsive and knowledgeable. I am not from the Belleville area, so it was so helpful that Cole is a Belleville native and is very familiar with the many different neighborhoods as well as surrounding towns. I also considered buying in MO, so it was beneficial that he is also licensed over there. I was so intimidated by the home buying process at first but really felt taken care of by Cole.
